Filter bags form the core of any dust collector and it is here that TAICO puts in its expertise. Conventional Dust Collectors generally have needle woven felt Bags installed inside them for filtration.
The filter media could be plain or coated, calendared and signed as per the process. The performance of your dust collection system depends on multiple factors like motor hp, fan design, duct lengths, branches/bends, and air filtration bags. But of all these items, replacing original woven cloth bags with new felt bags is one of the most cost-effective and immediate way to improve system performance as well as improve your plant air quality.
